Very bad service was the next in line of executives and it took them 50 minutes to serve me because they changed my turn to give it to someone who had lost their card. 😕 Having my shift number on the screen and still they did not provide me with the service. 😒 when they finally mistreated me, as expected, they didn't resolve anything for me, 😡 I had to call the BBVA line. Something must be wrong with the process or the service attitude of those executives or 🙃🤪👎😈

Bad service, 4 months and they can't give me back my money that got stuck in their practices, I don't recommend it at all
